WHAT IS MY RIGHT SIZE?

Edgeu caters to the drop shoulder fit, if you would like a looser fit, we recommend picking one size higher than your regular size. For Instance; If you normally wear an S, you could go with an M with us. Note that our sizing chart is available on the website on the Product page right below size selection. It provides detailed measurements for you to choose your perfect size.

WASH CARE INSTRUCTIONS?

Machine wash works for all our tees. Air-Dry, avoid dry cleaning. Use cold water to avoid colour bleed and shrinkage. Do not iron the print directly.

WHEN WILL PRODUCTS OUT OF STOCK BE AVAILABLE AGAIN?

At our Brand, we strive to provide our customers with exclusive designs that stand out. And so we do not restock designs or sizes once they are sold out. This ensures that our customers enjoy the exclusivity of our brand and are eager for the future releases.

WHERE DO WE DELIVER?

We ship and deliver all our orders Pan-India.

WHERE IS MY ORDER SHIPPED FROM?

All our orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre located in Nagpur, 440018.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Once the order has been placed, it cannot be modified. However, the customer may amend the shipping address by notifying the customer care anytime before the product has been packed for dispatched. WhatsApp our customer care at +91 85229 40019.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?

No shipping charges will be applicable on orders exceeding INR 1,100. A flat shipping charge of INR 40 would be applicable on all orders below or equal to INR 1,100.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?

We ship all orders withing 24 hours of accepting them. Allow us 3-5 business days to deliver your order.

WHICH COURIER DO WE USE?

Most of our shipments get fulfilled by Delhivery courier services.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will contact you personally on your registered WhatsApp number for order confirmation and provide the tracking number. Which can be used on delhivery.com/tracking to track your order. You may also select the 'Track Order' button on the drop down menu of our website.

WHY HASN'T MY ORDER SHIPPED AFTER CONFIRMATION?

Due to logistic issues out of our control, there may occasionally be a delay in shipping your order. Do not worry, we fulfil all confirmed orders.

WHY HASN'T MY ORDER BEEN DELIVERED BY THE GIVEN DATE?

Due to logistic issues out of our control, there may occasionally be a delay in delivering your order by the expected date. Feel free to contact us and we will solve this at the earliest.

ORDERS

HOW DO I CONFIRM MY ORDER STATUS?

Your order will be confirmed with an order number (eg: #EDG2222). We ship all orders within 24 hours of accepting them. You will receive a confirmation notification on your registered WhatsApp number with the order number, tracking ID and expected date of delivery.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Purchases can be made through the following payment methods - Cash On Delivery, UPI, Cards (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard), Netbanking and Online Wallets.

I CANNOT PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE.

No worries, reach out to our WhatsApp chat at +91 85229 40019 and you can place an order in chat instantly by choosing your desired product from the catalog and filling all the right shipping details.

CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Once the order has been delivered, we allow a 48 hour window to return the order. If the product is damaged, we will recall the piece and send a fresh piece. However, we do not have an exchange policy.

CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER?

Once the order has been placed, it cannot be modified. However, the customer may amend the shipping address or request for a possible cancellation by notifying the customer care anytime before the product has been packed for dispatched. WhatsApp our customer care at +91 85229 40019.

CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT FOR A REFUND?

We do not have a return policy due to the limited quantities we produce. hence, all orders are final and we do not provide any refunds. for more info, please drop us an email at edgeustore@gmail.com and the team will be happy to assist you.

MY TRANSACTION HAS FAILED AND MONEY HAS BEEN DEDUCTED.

Do not worry, if your money has gone through to us but the transaction on the website doesn't complete, we suggest you to wait for 12 hours and then contact us of the same at edgeustore@gmail.com

I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY/DAMAGED PRODUCT, WHAT DO I DO?

Kindly drop in an email to edgeustore@gmail.com with the order number as well as pictures of proof on the defects. Once confirmed, our team will send an email back to you mentioning that your product will be recalled to the warehouse and will ship a fresh piece back to you.

MY ORDER HAS AN INCORRECT/MISSING ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?

Kindly drop in an email to edgeustore@gmail.com with the order number as well as pictures of proof on the issue. Once confirmed, our team will send an email back to you mentioning that your product will be recalled to the warehouse and will ship a fresh piece back to you.

I WON’T BE HOME TO ACCEPT MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We would advise having your order delivered to an address with someone there to accept it. If there is no one at the address to accept the order, our courier will re-attempt the delivery 2 more times before returning the order to origin (RTO). To avoid an RTO, please make sure to inform us about about the same on edgeustore@gmail.com, so we can hold the shipment until you are available at the location.
